I've been having issues recently with my configuration being temperamental (working as configured for a bit then reverting) so just updated to the newest version from github. It now does not work at all.

sudo systemctl status logid returns:

Jul 21 20:11:34 EMILPC systemd[1]: Started Logitech Configuration Daemon.
Jul 21 20:11:36 EMILPC logid[8721]: [WARN] Error adding device /dev/hidraw4: std::exception
Jul 21 20:11:36 EMILPC logid[8721]: [ERROR] Caught HID++ 1.0 error while trying to initialize /dev/hidraw3:1: Resource error
Jul 21 20:11:51 EMILPC logid[8721]: [WARN] Error ignored on detached thread/task: _readReport read failed: Input/output error
Jul 21 20:11:57 EMILPC logid[8721]: [WARN] Error adding device /dev/hidraw4: std::exception

Using linux 5.7.9-arch1-1

Following #98 (comment) , changing device name to "Wireless Mouse MX Master" in config may have fixed the problem. Will report back if it persists

Problem solved. This change wasn't so well documented
