Includes serialGLCDlib.h which is unfindable?

The WifiTestSuite sketch includes serialGLCDlib.h, but the serialGLCD library only seems to provide serialGLCD.h. Renaming that file seems to make things compile, but what's up with this? What serialGLCD was used for testing this?

The jigs have serial LCDs on them, but we're not using them yet (because we're babysitting the serial monitor output.) It can be removed or commented outt until later.
