添加对 picgo.db 的支持 #127

v2.3 版本的 PicGO 已经改用 picgo.db 来存储数据，但是 vs-picgo 还是只支持 JSON 格式。

在之前版本的 PicGO 里，只要把 vs-picgo 的 picgo.dataPath 设置成跟 PicGO 一致，这样就能在 PicGO 里看到 vs-picgo 上传的图片。但是在 PicGO 改用 picgo.db 来存储数据后这样做就行不通了。

能否添加一下 vs-picgo 对 picgo.db 的支持？
