Marvin not showing on Calibre

Mac: OS X 10.9.5
Calibre: 2.4.0
Marvin: 2.8.1

Installed:

1. iOS Reader - Marvin is preferred reader
2. Marvin XD

I also went to Preferences -> Toolbars and moved Marvin XD icon up below Location Manager. Icon is shadowed if that means anything.

Note: Marvin is linked to Dropbox. Don't know if that's a problem....

I've re-started Calibre a few times. Nothing. Thoughts are welcome!

I'm sure Philantrop will correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure that the icon being grayed out is because iOSR can't connect to your mobile device, which is probably because of the known (and unfixable, at least on the part of the plugin developer) problem with iOS 8.3+ (though you don't note the iOS version number of your device).
