[BUG]- v1.3.5 - LocalOnly & LocalRemote Feedback only when Presentation is Active

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
LocalOnly/LocalRemote SendingMode selections are only providing Feedback to the bridge while Presentation is active. While presentation is active, changing the SendingMode selection changes if presentation is sending to Remote (Far End) or not.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. When out of a call, pulse signal joins to change LocalOnly/LocalRemote SendingMode
2. See that feedback is not provided

Expected behavior
Would expect SendingMode Feedback to be active at all times, including when not actively in a Presentation. Might be necessary to change so triggers and feedback events are based on a single parameter rather than two separate parameters (_presentationLocalOnly/_presentationLocalRemote)
