Nick name is not displayed

Hi,

As far as I can see NICK is ignored. In other applications the following is displayed as first1 "nick1" last1

1 NAME first1 /last1/
2 GIVN first1
2 NICK nick1
2 SURN last1

BTW: Maybe it will be nice to present all unknown fields fields somewhere.

In case this workaround helps others:
I usually add nick names or call names again as the "also known as" name type.
This also helps when i have multiple nicknames for a person, but want them separately shown.
So it may be redundant or duplicate in other apps, but I prefer that option for the time being.
