Hi I know I am a little late to the game but I am wondering if I can now use Goerli since Rinkeby was deprecated last October

You can!

You'd probably want to use sepolia now though too

Sepolia is not supported on VRF v1, hence why I created the PR for sepolia and also changed the VRF Coordinator to v2 (subscription method).

Might also try to do it with direct funding eventually.
