Once we'd implemented Pathway Commons landing page/app(s) to be linked, learn data submission protocol and format for UniProt, GeneCards, Entrez (NCBI Gene), and generate corresponding data files as part of PC db release.

See:

  • UniProt - cross-references section (apply via the form);
  • GeneCards - Pathways & Interaction section I guess - at least, we have to register Pathway Commons in their sources and perhaps configure something there...
  • NCBI Gene - Gene LinkOut, e.g., NOG, for example; see also this, specifically, this guide.
