AI while on a holopad can see double Runechat on players

What did you expect to happen?

to hear the runtime once per character

What happened instead?

its mostly a visual yet kinda annoying bug to see double runechat

Be AI

use a holopad
Get somone to talk near the holopad

When did the problem start happening?

a couple of days ago
