Org admins can rename teams

We’ve explored how to improve managing teams from the admin view for org admin. See Figma link in AC below.

When I’m setting up or managing a team in the org admin team view (as an org admin), I want a control to edit the team name so that I can update it inline instead of the team settings view.

Here’s feedback from a user 🔒

In the future I think we could get rid of the team settings view. Both the org admin and team lead could manage the team (including delete and rename) from the organizational admin view instead.

Acceptance criteria

• Org admins can rename the team (inline like the team settings view)
• Deferred: team leads use this view instead (needs another issue)
