Push comments from Sprint Poker thread to issue

I talked with some folks from this company, and 1 person said it would be neat if somebody writes a useful comment in the Sprint Poker thread for an issue, that they could simply push that comment to the GitHub issue as a comment.

I think this could be useful, somebody may drop some knowledge about an issue that influence estimation. That knowledge may be good to have on the issue itself. The team could cherry pick those comments. This would spare noise with any ideas like syncing comments both ways or one way.
