Currently, the only format for automatic timestamps is %y-%m-%d-%H%M. Allow an optional argument for the timestamp format.
Also, maybe add an optional argument to turn off unique directories, i.e. if each run with a timestamp should be enforced to be unique via a number suffix, as it is now. Ask Mo and Gihwan/Andreas.
