Evicted Condor runs

condor_dir() raises warnings when Condor runs have been evicted.

The condor_log() function can perhaps detect from a log file if a Condor job has been evicted, in the same way it detects if jobs are executing, aborted, or finished.

Example of a log file for an evicted Condor job:
Z:\yft\2023\model_runs\stepwise_related\08b_Lorenzen_M_Evicted\202329.0.condor_mfcl.log
