question about Repeat definition files

Regarding the Repeat definition files, I only saw files related to hg38 in the link you provided. Does this software not support the analysis of data for hg19/GRCh37? Or are there other ways to obtain them?

Thanks for the question, @crazysummerW. We have not released repeat definitions for hg19 yet. But it should be relatively straightforward to convert other existing hg19 repeat catalogs to TRGT format (happy to help with that). Next year we are planning to focus on repeat definitions and will most likely release updated hg19, hg38, and T2T catalogs for TRGT.
