Adds a variational Stokes solver based on Larionov et al 2017. It seems to do a much better with the free surface, in comparison with sticky air. It also allows do to cool geometries such as this:
An example can be found here. It is still experimental and some features are still missing (i.e. 3D and better surface tracking with a marker chain), but I will merge it soon so that @aelligp can start playing with it and further test it.
