Display the updated date on story card layouts

Sara wrote a story last year that was recently updated. The editors noted the Updated date was not reflected on story cards. We'll need to add them, despite the tight space.

Something like:
Sept 6, 2023 Updated: Aug 23, 2024

It doesn't happen often, but is the expectation that if a date is displayed, it needs to reflect any changes.
