This is a difficult one, considering subjects are automatically ordered by domain. Lecturers might want to reorder within domains though. Adding a simple reorderable list would get the desired effect (as sorting on domains is stable, and preserves subject order), it would be very disorienting for subjects to rearrange on reload.
