Items needed:

Protocol:

  • Open PC200W
  • Plug RS232 into datalogger
  • Select datalogger in softwarer, connect
  • Next, click on the Monitor Data tab - check to make sure all sensors are showing a reading (if showing NAN, refer to Sapflow Troubleshooting #4 for troubleshooting)
  • Click on Collect Data, download only Table 1 (full file, not just new data), this file will download to /Campbellsci/PC200W
  • Check file to make sure data was recorded
  • Rename filename with the download date, For example: CR1000-WEST_Table1_20190328.dat
  • Send raw file to Charlotte via email ([email protected]) and CC Nate ([email protected]) for SERC sapflow OR Stephanie via email ([email protected]) and CC Nate for Beaver Creek sapflow
  • Upload RAW file to github before making any changes
