I have tried various methods to compile and install, but all have encountered errors. Does Apex not support Torch 2.5.1 under Windows

Thanks for your interest. You don't need to install apex to run consisid. All the required packages are included in requirements.txt. If you don't need training, deepspeed also doesn't need to be installed.
