Buenas, viendo la documentacion dada por la catedra sobre la funcion mktime(), teniamos la duda si el parametro de daylight saving time que se usa en el ejemplo de la pagina lo tomariamos como -1 para cualquier dia de cualquier año.

Sí, manden siempre -1 en el campo tm_isdst.
