备注的自动填充功能问题 #8

对于参数和功能都不同的备注信息，需要一个统筹的规范标准话数进行填充。

具体可能需要咨询研发大哥（主要是相同的时候说什么，不同的时候说什么，覆盖大部分的备注，然后可以通过选项或者一个文本展示的话数模板供自己复制填充。
