Tool installing

I would like to use your tool but It is not clear to me how to install. I downloaded using git clone but I 'm not sure how to compile from src.

Sorry, I know the usage/developer documentation is currently lacking here. I should be able to add that soon and would love to get your help with testing it as well.

I've updated the master branch, including some usage documentation in the readme. Is this helpful? I'd be interested to hear about your particular use case.

Once a few more issues are addressed (SVG download and tooltips), I plan to tag a v1.0 release.
