Introducing the Country Code

Hi Team,

I'm not certain if my suggestion is viable, but I would like to propose the idea of introducing a new parameter to the PeppolIcd Enum constructor, allowing us to pass the designated country code specified in the PEPPOL Code List.

For an example:
NO_ORG("NO:ORG", "0192", "NO", "The Brønnøysund Register Centre")

With this additional parameter, we would be able to resolve the Country Code by ICD and SchemeID. Otherwise we have to manipulate the SchemeID to extract the Country Code.

However, I understand that not all suggestions may be equally valuable or applicable to the current needs.

Please feel free to evaluate this suggestion, and if it doesn't align with the goals or priorities, kindly ignore it.
