Create quickstart guide

It would be good to add a quick start guide in the WIKI since the README is very in depth.

How do I do a build?
How do I install this in a VM?

I think this is sufficient https://github.com/TresysTechnology/clip/blob/master/README.md#getting-started-. I would think someone using CLIP already has the inherent knowledge to set up a VM.
