Many APIs support filtering bulk results to retrieve only recently updated items. For example, using an ?modifiedAfter=2024-01-01T00:00:00 query parameter.

Let me know if this something you'd be interested in supporting. I might find some time in a couple of weeks to take a stab at it, but some pointers would be helpful in the meantime.
