Add a template that moves files

Generic Issue

At Ouranos, it would be a good pratice to always write on a disk where io is easy and then transfer to larger storage disk afterwards. This will avoid slow down of our servers when we write a lot on the storage disks.

I want to either add the moving around to template 1 or add it in a new template.

It would be even better if the moving was only done at night.
