Feature request: skip existing releases / info grabber

I want to ask some small adds.

1. Skip at least releases existing in folder and don't overwrite and redownload. Better, if it can remember a list of what was already downloaded and skip next time. But not in below case.

2. A special mode, when you request whole discography, but don't actually download anything, but output snatched info as a CSV with selected info columns. That would be a huge step! Will help a lot with collecting info and organizing, because collecting info about large discographies or labels by hand is a pain.
