v8 installer for fuseki triplestore needs to update to OpenJDK 17

I started new v8 node with installer and chose fuseki as the triplestore. Then in otnode-logs it couldn't connect to the triplestore fuseki. I solved this by installing OpenJDK 17. Stopped node then ran this and restarted fuseki and otnode and it worked.

install openjdk-17-jdk.

Not sure if yall need to update installer.sh to be able to connect successfully on first try. Also by installing OpenJDK 17 not sure if that will cause issues for the node itself. It seems to run fine but I don't know.
