Fey Touched / Shadow Touched should add to the Spells tab

Describe the bug
Unlike Magic Initiate, neither Fey Touched nor Shadow Touched add spell selections (or their granted spells) to the Spells tab

To Reproduce
Add either the Fey Touched or Shadow Touched feat to a character. There is no effect on the Spells tab. Compare to adding Magic Initiate.

Expected behavior
Misty Step and/or Invisibility should be added to the spell list, and selection options for the appropriate schools of magic should be selectable, as is the case for Magic Initiate.
