Describe the bug

The Remarkable Athlete feature of the Champion Fighter adds half your proficiency bonus (rounded up) to Dexterity checks. Initiative is a Dexterity check.

To Reproduce

Create a Champion at 7th level or higher. Initiative calculation will not include the bonus.

Expected behavior

Should add half-proficiency (rounded UP - which is unusual) to Initiative because no character in DnD is proficient in Initiative checks.
