[Composite.Tools.PackageCreator] An exception is thrown when accessing a node in Web.config

Repro:

1. In the Package Creator perspective, expand Web.config > configuration > runtime.
2. Click, or try to expand, the node "{urn:schemas-microsoft-com:asm.v1}assemblyBinding".

Expected: The node can be selected / expanded.
Actual: An exception is thrown: " '/configuration/runtime/{urn:schemas-microsoft-com:asm.v1}assemblyBinding' has an invalid token. "
