Delete temp.sql each time apex-diff.sql changes. md5 hash check?

May be able to get ride of temp.sql and do some of that processing right in sqlcl now using the new JavaScript support: http://krisrice.blogspot.ca/2015/10/sqlcl-oct-13th-edition.html
