DZ15S-1BZ Decora Smart Switch

This is a Wall Switch 3 way in ozadmin 5.2 ozadmin event window constant events repeating over and over again. 5.1 is ok. There are open issues in Hassio Addon section. The meta data for this switch indicates a wall plug switch and it's not. Could this be the issue that it's an open z wave issue miss identified. or at least the wrong picture is presented in node info window.
