The information in forwards.tsv in the taxonomy should be used

I assume otindex will sometimes do queries based on OTT ids, e.g. OTT ids stored in OTU mappings. To increase odds of successful hits, the information in forwards.tsv should be used. This is simply a list of id aliases. When an id in the first column of forwards.tsv is seen in a query, it should be replaced by the id in the second column.
