Make Developer Built .apk's Available on Github?

Similar request as here, viz:

I wonder if the team might consider making .apk's available here on github. A number of us run GrapheneOS with Obtainium. That allows us to use developer signed packages directly from github or other developer websites, which is preferable to those signed by f-droid.

Just with the release of 5.0.0 I've supported reproducible builds. The APKs are attached to the release page, see: https://github.com/OpenTracksApp/OSMDashboard/releases/tag/v5.0.0
