Current behavior
At the moment, it is not possible to project single nominal votes after the end of a motion voting procedure. The results could only by checked in the poll details page.

Wanted behavior
To make this possible, an extension of the electronic nominal motion voting function is required. Once a vote has been completed, the single nominal votes received should be displayed on the projector together with the name of the person entitled to vote - in addition to the overall result. The single votes are displayed in several columns, sorted by name.

Details - What is needed

  • A new projection like the one the Mock-Up is needed.
  • Name sorting should have different options: A) Last name, first name / B) first name, last name. Add a new meeting option in settings > motions > vote > 'New option'
  • A new projection option in the poll projection dialog is needed. The projection dialog should have the option to project the single vote result as seen above.
  • The single vote projection is only available in the projector, NOT in the poll details and the autopilot. (Autopilot: If a motion is projected and a poll is published, the pie chart is automatically visible in the Autopilot. THIS should NOT happen with the new projection. But projection on default projector should be possible.)
  • Supported voting method: Yes/No AND Yes/No/Abstain.
  • Analog voting and non-nominal voting should not be supported.
  • Projection columns: column amount should be configurable (see setting motions > projection > Maximum number of columns on motion block slide)
  • Please take care: The icons for yes/no/abstain left to the pie chart are different to the current ones.
  • Listing of entitled to vote: Votes not casted should be visible with an outline.
