Hi everyone,
I am currently testing this solution for various purposes. Most of the time, I need to sign documents directly with the client on an iPad. However, I have noticed some issues with the user experience on mobile devices. Therefore, I would like to suggest a few ideas to improve the UX on mobile devices:
Option to lock fields in position
When trying, as a logged-in user, to select a field to type something into, the field is not selected. Instead, it moves around the document. I would appreciate an option to lock the fields so this cannot happen. Especially in templates, the signing user should not have the ability to modify the placement of the fields.
Zoom in document
As far as I have noticed, it is not possible to zoom in using finger gestures. Instead, the entire site gets zoomed in and becomes stuck afterward. It should be possible to zoom into the document using finger gestures, as this is the most intuitive way to do so.
Document not displayed properly after keyboard is hidden
When you type something into a field and then click on the document to hide the keyboard, half of the document becomes invisible.
Thanks.
