Isian Kecamatan dan Desa di ganti keterangannya, karena terdapat ada nomor SPPT berbeda dengan Kode Desa dan Kecamatan.

contoh : 51.02.09.2004
No SPPT : 51.02.011.041

terjadi pada desa angseri 51.02.09.2004 no sspt 51 diambil dari kode provinsi, 02 diambil dari kode kabupaten, nah yang 011 berbeda bukan dari kode kecataman, 041 juga bukan dari kodesa terakhir.
