Didn't receive funds in Kucoin

Sent funds (around 0.84 TON) to KuCoin address around four fours ago (at 13:35 Warsaw time)
Still no funds on KuCoin but the funds in wallet already Zero.
What do I have to do? It didn't take that much time previously

There wasn't Memo pole in the wallet, the address in KuCoin is correct - it doesn't change
