Fails to save as .ocd ver 12 (or ver 11)

Steps to reproduce

1. Attempt to save a file as an OCAD ver 12 file (or ver 11)
   2.Says may lose info but I still went ahead and tried to save it
   3.Gave error message below

This is a known and solved issue, but we still lack a binary release with the fix.
