Enhancment: Prioritize selected feature for snapping

Steps to reproduce

1. I draw a part of a longer feature f.eg. a small path
2. I later want to continue to draw that path further

Actual behaviour

Although having the according path symbol selected the snapping is strictly done to the closest feature around (f.eg. a contour) even if the far most logic would be to snap with the end of the path.

Expected behaviour

Having a feature of the same symbol selected, give the end of this feature a certain priority (a bigger snap range).
