The possibility to move an object (and one or selected vertexes within an object) using arrow keys (perhaps shift and arrow keys if you still want to have arrow keys for panning the map (which I think is thw wrong way to go)).
Also: how to you move an object with the mouse?

I agree that this would be nice to have, and that I would expect the arrow keys to move the selected object(s) by one pixel instead of moving the viewport. Another thing which should be considered here is a mechanism to merge the resulting undo steps, otherwise the object movements generated this way will spam the undo history.
Objects can be moved with the mouse by selecting them and then dragging the dashed box which encloses them.
One thing that annoys me a lot with OCAD is the lack of moving only one or some points inside an object with arrow keys, so if this is implemented here I'll scream of joy.
Another request on the same topic (should I create separate ticket?): hold down shift to move (or rotate) something in straight angles (0, 45, 90 etc).
And another: select objects and align them to each other (center, left, right, bottom etc).
