Here is a list of planned features and changes in our mods.

OpenModularTurrets

v4.0.x

  • Add: multiblock bases
  • Add: 5 new turrets, for details see below
  • Add: Securicraft compatability
  • Change: some turrets/addons will need certain size/features in their multiblock base
  • Change: some turrets functionality will be reworked bit
  • Change: replace upgrade (not addon) system with attachments/blocks for turret bases
  • Add: Melee Turret (Tier 1) (1 range medium damage offensive turret)
  • Add: Repelling Turret (Tier 3) (Entity pushing utility turret)
  • Add: Tractor Turret (Tier 3) (Entity pulling utility turret)
  • Add: Arc Turret (Tier 4) (Multi target offensive turret)
  • Add: Plasma Turret (Tier 5) (Medium damage, low firerate, small AOE offensive turret)
  • Add: Particle Beam Turret (Tier 5) (Very high damage, very low firerate, large AOE offensive turret)

v3.2.x (in dev, early releases for testing)

  • Add: config list for forcing entities to be regarded as hostile/neutral (WIP)
  • Add: new targeting system for turrets (WIP)
  • Add: Valkyrien Warfare compatability (done)
  • Add: recipe for loot deleter addon
  • Change: split GUI for targeting and camo settings and move those to OMLib

v3.1.x (released, bugfixes will be made)

  • Add: Turrets honour team settings
  • Add: base addon that removes loot from kills
  • Add: Limits for how many turrets at one base
  • Add: config option to always conceal turrets
  • Add: light value and light opacity now configurable on tier 3+ bases
  • Add: customize addons/upgrades per turret
  • Add: Tier 5 base now has a built-in serial port
  • Change: Laser rework (more realistic effects/behaviour)
