Maybe we can create a folder or file to collect useful open source related resources?

I think this is a great idea. I often pull down repos with a huge list of dependencies and it would be awesome to always have access to a list of resources that are important to the project itself. I also like the idea of a news section - its nice to make connections between the code we are writing and the world around us!

Yea, I think this kind of section helps people who's new to the project or related topic get into the context faster!

We should have a wiki! #21 would benefit from this as well.

Would this make sense as another repo in the OSS-at-ITP org? A "Resources" repo? Or add a wiki to the Syllabus repo?
