Consider bumping the latest version of micropython for the auto-update feature #81

Right now the IDE detects the micropython version on a connected XRP, if it is below 1.20.0 it prompts the user to update it.

It would be great if this was bumped to the latest version (1.23.0?) or at least 1.21.0 because that's when BLE support was added.
