[BUG] Sporadic Errors / Failures when engaging in Coolers

Describe the Bug:

When attempting to open a new Cooler, Borrow DAI from a Cooler or extend a Cooler, sometimes users get errors and a reversion.

To Reproduce:

This is sporadic in nature.

Expected Behavior:

Ideally, gas required is enough to cover the transaction and people aren't burning gas on reversions.

Workarounds (if any):
Manually Set Gas to 1.5m Gwei

Forever_A-gator from community stated that we clocked a total of 71 Failed Tx's for the week. Metrics to help qualify scope of issue.

Still having people encountering gas issues this week same as last week. Will get a count of failed transactions but I imagine there are several. I encountered one myself.
