I use the default settings at cura and don't realize that the tempeture is 215 °C. In the Plugin i add e.g. 200 cause i understand that the default tempeture is 0. The printer always heat up to 250 (max of the printer) and i don't understand why.
The second issue is for chared gcode files: cause every person can be use different default tempeture.
A understandable solution would be a fix tempeture in the plugin and no offset (on top of the gcode tempeture). If there is a fix tempeture you can set this to the optimum for you printer and and filament.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Two alternative solutions:
a good description with example for the information -> everyone understand how does it work and can recalculate and check the settings
a target tempeture -> e.g. gcode=215 / target=225 / the plugin set an offset for this print with the filamet to 10
an example why this information is not clear to understand is this post #121
