[FR] Add option to mark spool 'empty'

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Some rolls are 99% used; I wont use them for prints; but I dont want to delete them.
I'd like to be able to mark them as 'empty', to keep the administration of its usage, but no longer open in the list to select spools.
