Some markets are not finding inputs which should be found by the geomatcher. For example, European (RER) market for aluminium scrap, new:

This is due to the product labels including Recycled Content, cut-off.

I don't think this is anything to do with cut-off datasets; rather, it appears that the release actually resolves RoW in space and apportions suppliers based on production volumes.
