The Nest index engine supports built-in synonyms to enhance search results. To improve the user experience, we can map related terms (either one-way or two-way). For example, a search for "mern" could return issues related to JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js.

This task is focused on setting up basic synonym support for the issue index.
